The NYU School of Professional Studies seeks a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of Real Estate for the Schack Institute of Real Estate, with an anticipated start date of Fall 2026.
The Schack Institute of Real Estate is actively seeking candidates who are distinguished academics and/or professionals with exemplary experience in commercial real estate finance and development and have the ability to teach courses in one or more of the following areas: Real estate fundamentals, finance, property development across a range of asset classes. Additionally, ideal candidates will have experience with utilizing and teaching the latest technologies related to artificial intelligence, data analysis and property technology specifically focused on applications for real estate professionals.
