Job Description
Join Topcon as a Clinical Application Specialist and deliver essential training for ophthalmic devices throughout British Columbia. Lead on-site installations, configurations, and follow-up support for medical professionals.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring effective use of Topcon’s clinical devices. You will set up and configure systems, provide in-depth training, and communicate with users remotely when not on-site. Collaboration with IT departments and sales support is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure medical devices for clinical staff
• Deliver comprehensive training to enhance user competence
• Communicate clearly about device performance and training needs
• Facilitate product demos and trade show support
• Maintain accurate records of training and documentation
Requirements:
• Associate degree in health science plus 2-4 years experience
• 3-5 years in clinical ophthalmic settings
