Duties And Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to convert accounts (single departments and/or the whole hospital) to the use of Masimo products in a highly-competitive market.
• Engage in selling of accounts, including qualification, demonstration and closure of competitive and exclusive products, positioning Masimo technology as a new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters’ monitoring systems.
• Ability to make product demonstrations and negotiate with physicians and hospital administrators (bio-medical engineers, purchasing managers, etc.).
• Partner with appropriate Distributors and OEM sales personnel in planning and executing sales strategies to convert accounts.
