Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at assigned service points
- Handle front counter, admin, and operational matters
- Work with Nurse Managers & stakeholders to solve process/system issues
- Ensure facilities are patient-friendly and safe
- Drive customer satisfaction and service improvements
- Support business and financial targets with clinical teams
- Prepare annual budgets, review performance & develop new initiatives
- Lead and supervise non-nursing staff (appraisals, training, recruitment, retention)
- Ensure good communication flow between staff and management
- Participate in committees and ad-hoc projects
