• Lead by example: coach, manage, and elevate a diverse clinic team.
• Handle staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism.

• Set the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.).
