Overview


The Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role within our clinical staff, serving as the primary liaison between patients and our podiatric, medical, and social services. This position supports clinic operations and may vary in scope based on the needs of our clinical practice and direction from Clinical Administration and the DPM.


Responsibilities


+ Greet, direct, and refer patients to the appropriate clinic area to ensure patient flow

+ Escort patients to exam rooms, conduct interviews patients, record vital signs including weight, blood pressure, pulse, & temperature

+ Document all current medications and visit information accurately in the patient's chart

+ Perform patient callbacks and appointment verification

+ Coordinate and schedule patient transportation as needed, including arranging rides and distributing OMNY cards to eligible patients, while maintaining accurate records
