Job Summary You will manage patient registration and appointment scheduling, handle payments and insurance claims, assist doctors during consultations and simple procedures, maintain patient records, and support daily clinic operations across two clinic locations. Responsibilities Register patients accurately and schedule their appointments, including sending timely reminders Respond promptly to phone, SMS, and email queries to support patient needs Process payments and prepare submissions for TPA (Third-Party), Medisave, and insurance claims with required documentation Prepare and dispense patients' medications for doctor review and approval Assist doctors during consultations and perform simple in-clinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser treatments after training Address and resolve first-level patient complaints professionally Maintain and update patient records in compliance with standard guidelines Support daily clinic operations including managing medication, consumables, and ...
