Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Climate Manager . The role focuses on developing and implementing a global climate strategy, including carbon accounting, energy and water efficiency. The position scales regenerative services to drive sustainability impact and commercial growth. This person will work closely with global and origin teams, supporting regulatory compliance and integration into the wider sustainability strategy. This role offers strong development potential within a leading organisation in the coffee trading industry.

This position can be located flexibly from any of our global offices, with a preference on LATAM, Amsterdam or Madrid.
