Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategies for client retention in HMO & insurance sectors.
• Communicate with clients to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Monitor client feedback and propose improvements to service offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support retention campaigns.
• Maintain accurate client records and report on retention metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder / College Graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in HMO, insurance, or healthcare industries (open for interested newbies)
• Proven skills in account management, including client relationship building, issue resolution, and retention strategies
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
