Role Overview
The Client Value Manager (CVM) is the operational and technical link between INOVO and its clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that client needs are accurately captured, translated into actionable solutions, and delivered with excellence.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where youβll be deeply embedded in the day-to-day delivery and performance of INOVOβs solutions. You will drive adoption, resolve issues, manage delivery plans, and ensure clients are realising the full value of their investment.
CVMs work closely with Client Leads to bring account strategies to life. Youβll coordinate internal teams across Solutions, Delivery, and GTM, manage execution roadmaps, and act as the operational and technical advocate for your clients.
