Client Support Specialist
Hybrid Schedule - 2 days WFH per week
Location: Maitland, FL 32751
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm EST
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Description
-Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding products via phone and email
-Use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers, resolve issues, and assist in the use of products and systems
-Follow up and follow through throughout new projects, requests, and cases
-Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, decide on a course of action, and be accountable for actions and decisions
-This role is looked as true account on communication with Delivery service providers.
-The customers are independent business owners and entrepreneurs.
-They will be on the phone all day 80%. Break out to team meeting.
-There are 3 levels that they can grow in. Understands tied to a desk.
