Experience :

Minimum 5 years’ experience, out of which minimum 2 years as L2, in ITAM operations and tool administration with

+ In depth understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management

+ Strong exposure to compliance tracking, and vendor audits

+ Experience in managing and configuring ITAM tools, integration with UCMDB

+ Ability to track and report software license compliance, contracts and warranties

+ Familarity with auto discovery and integration with AD, NMS etc

+ Basic scripting/querying skills for reporting and automation
Responsibilities :

+ Configure and administer ITSM tools and maintain asset database i ntegrity

+ Oversee asset onboarding, tracking and retirement processes

+ Reconcile physical vs recorded asset inventory
