About the Role
We are seeking a professional and dependable Client Support & Communications Coordinator to assist with day-to-day customer communication, service updates, and support coordination.
This role is well suited to someone who is confident speaking with customers by phone, writing clear email responses, and keeping information organised across internal systems. The position involves handling routine enquiries, recording customer details, following up on serviceβrelated matters, and helping ensure customers receive timely and helpful support.
The right candidate will be calm, organised, and comfortable managing regular communication throughout the day. This opportunity may suit someone with previous customer service, reception, call centre, office administration, retail, hospitality, or client support experience.
