Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Success, Platform Support, and Training Coordinator who will manage client communication, platform support, client training, and day-to-day coordination for digital solution platforms such as CEMPIA and Liveserviz.
The role requires someone who is highly responsive, organized, client-focused, and comfortable communicating through email, Viber, WhatsApp, and phone calls. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Tagalog, with strong client relationship management, communication, and coordination skills.
This position follows a hybrid work setup and requires availability during business hours, including Saturday support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly test and monitor the solution platforms, including CEMPIA and Liveserviz, and report any system issues to the assigned TheDecisionLabs officer or technical team.
