The Role
This is not a passive account management role.
As Client Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise technology clients and be directly responsible for growing revenue within that book of business. You'll identify upsell opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts, make strategic pricing decisions, and work directly with the Branch Manager and senior leadership.
