Job Summary

You will manage client communications and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure accurate shipping documentation and smooth delivery of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client communication to address inquiries and provide updates
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support shipment processes
• Prepare and handle shipping documents such as delivery orders, bills of lading, arrival notices, and tax invoices accurately
• Complete customs import permit declarations to comply with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, haulers, and warehouses to ensure timely and smooth shipment delivery
