About the Role

 

 Joining us in July 2026, you will work handinhand with the Sales & Marketing and   Commissioning teams to help bring our new home to life.

 

As Client Services/Concierge, you will be front of house for our resident’s and their families. You will ensure that the process of admission into residential aged care is smooth and seam free and is a positive experience for everyone involved.  You will maintain communication with resident’s and families on our waitlist and facilitate tours of our beautiful Wallan home.
