Due to sustained growth and a plethora of new enquiries over the past few months we are looking to bolster our Client Services Team and are looking for a Client Service Advisor. This role is based in our Amersham office. You will be an integral part of the team and help to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy team.

You do not need law sector experience, training will be provided, ideally the successful candidate would have experience in a telesales / sales role and be confident selling services to potential new clients as well as upselling. You will need to have an understanding nature when dealing with potential clients as due to the nature of our work, some of them may be going through a difficult or stressful experience.

You must be a self-starter who is accountable, disciplined and an organised problem solver. Punctuality, adaptability, effective communication, and strong time-management skills are also essential.
