Kennedy Capital Management (KCM) is a St. Louis-based boutique investment firm with a 40-year track record in small- and mid-cap domestic equity.  We're hiring a Client Service Manager to own the production of prospect and client materials, lead RFP/RFI/DDQ responses, and help us bring more automation and efficiency to how this work gets done.  This role works alongside our Client Relationship Manager as part of a two-person Client Services team.

What You'll Do:

• Produce and maintain client-facing materials - pitchbooks, presentations, and collateral - with a high bar for accuracy and polish.
• Monitor the shared client communications inbox and respond promptly to client, consultant, and prospect inquiries (shared core daily responsibility).
• Own the recurring operational work that keeps client service running:  data pulls, report distribution, meeting logistics, etc. We expect this person to do the work well ...
