Client Service Executive

Ambrosia Communications is looking for a Client Service Executive to support the coordination and execution of campaigns across our accounts.

We’re a Singapore-based communications agency working primarily with shopping malls, retail brands, and healthcare clients . You’ll be working on real, ongoing projects from the start, with guidance from the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks
• Liaise with vendors (print, production, digital, logistics), including sourcing, bookings, and follow-ups
• Support execution across digital, retail, and on-ground campaigns
• Assist in preparing decks, reports, and client materials
• Work with internal teams to keep projects organised and on track
• Conduct basic research to support ongoing work
