The Role

You’ll be the operational point of contact for a portfolio of US and Canadian institutional clients — managing their withholding tax recovery claims from documentation collection through to final resolution.

This is a detail-driven, process-oriented role that sits at the intersection of client service, compliance, and international tax. You’ll liaise with clients, banks, tax authorities, and processing agents worldwide — keeping claims moving and clients informed every step of the way.
