• You act as a reliable first point of contact for our existing Italian-speaking customers and prospects, answering general inquiries via email and phone.
• You resolve everyday customer inquiries efficiently and work closely with our Level 2 team to route more complex questions to the right experts.
• You capture and share valuable customer feedback to help us identify areas for improvement in our product and internal processes.
• You continuously expand your financial knowledge through our internal training and self-motivated learning.
