Key Responsibilities Develop understanding on GLAS custody and escrow infrastructure Assist with the operational administration of escrow and custody accounts, including cash and asset holding structures. Assist with managing transaction execution of a wide range of corporate finance and other investment related matters and ongoing transaction administration. Support transaction processing activities such as receipt, release, and settlement of funds in accordance with approved instructions and internal procedures. Maintain accurate operational records for client accounts, transactions, and balances. Assist with onboarding processes for new escrow or custody arrangements, including attending call with prospects, drafting fee proposal, agreements and organisation of required documentation.
