Client Relationship Specialist
The Client Relationship Specialist is accountable for managing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with AACIβs B2B client portfolio across roadside assistance, travel assistance and related services. The role owns the client-facing side of account management β running regular business reviews, presenting service performance and utilization reports prepared by Operations, acting as the first point of contact for client escalations, and coordinating internally to ensure timely resolution. The Specialist also owns contract lifecycle management (onboarding, renewals, addendums) and billing / AR follow-up, while supporting cross-sell within existing accounts and client recovery efforts led by the Head of Commercial Development. The position is foundational to restoring client trust and ensuring AACIβs existing accounts remain satisfied, current, and growing.
