This position blends consultative client service with retirement planning guidance, helping individuals make informed decisions about 403(b) accounts and related financial solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building ability, a solid grasp of regulatory standards, and a service-oriented approach to long-term client support.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee an assigned group of clients, holding regular conversations about retirement objectives, contribution strategies, and changing financial priorities.
β’ Respond to service requests with accuracy and urgency, ensuring account-related needs are completed and tracked through resolution.
β’ Maintain ongoing outreach to clients regarding plan changes, contribution opportunities, and major life events that may affect financial planning decisions....
