Qualification:

• Essential: Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Biomedical Engineering
• Desirable: B. Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation / Biomedical Engineering

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

Industry / Function:

• Experience in Medical Equipment / Medical Instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and sales targets.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of service activities.
