**The role**
The Client Portfolio Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing the investor experience for WTW Specialist Portfolio Solutions (SPS) clients including:
+ Lead relationships for clients utilizing WTWβs asset management services through fund solutions or bespoke portfolios
+ Collaborate with the investment consulting team to support client management needs for relationships where WTW delivers advisory consulting and SPS services
+ Serve as the primary point of contact internally and externally for investor questions and facilitate connectivity with the right center of knowledge
+ Proactively anticipate client needs and requests
+ Identify potential opportunities for relationship expansion
