We are seeking a talented individual to join our finance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogota. This is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements accurately and timely, including supplemental financial information required by clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of international clients, familiarizing yourself with their specific rules and regulations.
• Reconcile cash and investment accounts, prepare bank deposits and cash disbursements.
• Plan and complete annual audits, including preparation of regulatory filings and GAAP financial statements.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for local accounting and financial reporting.
• Maintain client files according to regulations and best practices.
• Correspond with other service providers and prepare materials for board and committee meetings.
