Client Manager – Singapore

POSITION SUMMARY

CXC is seeking an experienced and driven Client Manager to serve as the heartbeat of a partnership we are supporting for one of our clients in Singapore.

This role is 100% onsite in Singapore. In this high-visibility role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk — you will be on the manufacturing floor, leading a dedicated service team and managing a high-volume contingent workforce. You will manage the full talent life cycle from requisition intake and candidate sourcing to onboarding and compliance, ensuring strong headcount fulfilmentwhile maintaining a culture of safety, efficiency, and high morale.
