PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for all office administrative duties for specific provinces/clients allocated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding of the RT46 SLA and adherence to contractual obligations;
Training of clients on Fuel Card Processes and Systems;
Preparation of reports to specific deadlines;
Handling incoming calls and resolving of customer queries and investigations;
Handling incoming calls and resolving of merchant queries;
Follow-up and updating clients about their queries and investigations
