Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with clients to gather required financial documents, explain onboarding steps, and provide regular status updates.
• Set up new accounts or migrate existing books in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero, ensuring secure access and data transfer.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with support teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
• Handle corporation and LLC formation across multiple U.S. states, including filing entity formation documents with the IRS, preparing Articles of Incorporation (AOI), Statements of Information (SOI), and Employer Identification Number (EIN) applications.
