About the Role

We27re looking to add a Farm Insurance Producer to join our agricultural lines division. The Producer will deliver a best-in-class experience for our clients by leveraging their industry knowledge & experience to initiate and develop new relationships for our Farm team.

What You'll Do

• Identify & build a pipeline of quality Farm business leads through referrals and other prospecting techniques
• Develop submissions (in conjunction with commercial lines underwriting staff) to markets that will meet the present/emerging needs of the client and close the sale
• When appropriate, hand-off responsibility for the provision of service to clients to the relevant Account Manager in the service teams
