Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Executive role based in our Auckland Head Office. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing co‑ordination of our client activities, ensuring our field team execute in stores to the highest standard. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, Power BI reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of our client goals.

• Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at various levels of seniority
