Job Description
- Maintain and update lawyer biographies on the website, including deals, publications, rankings, and recognitions
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of client communications (legal updates, newsletters, etc.) across various platforms
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate client and contact data, and supporting reporting and tracking of business development activities
- Support the organization and execution of client events (invitations, registrations, logistics, follow-up)
- Collaborate with digital teams to manage website content and event promotion
- Assist in the production of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and newsletters
- Conduct basic research on clients, industries, and market trends
