Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator to support our Workers’ Compensation team. This role is responsible for managing case workflows, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the review process.
This is a fully remote position within a fast-paced, growing environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, providers, and other stakeholders regarding case status, reports, and general requests

+ Process workers’ compensation referrals, including organizing, reviewing, and submitting medical documentation

+ Identify and coordinate with appropriate physician specialists within a provider network

+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of case files, including removal of sensitive patient identifiers when required

+ Maintain and update data within internal systems and client portals
