Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner
Assist customers with enquiries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation in the system
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure closure
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
Job Requirements:
Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking customers)
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
Prior experience in customer service or call centre is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
