About the Role:

As the Team Lead, you will support the State Manager by leading a team of MCU Memorial Consultants, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service for pre‑need and at‑need burial and cremation services. 

You will also play a key role in community engagement, cultural outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with local networks.

This role is ideal for someone who is community‑minded, confident in sales conversations, and passionate about supporting families with empathy and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of Memorial Consultants to achieve sales and service targets
• Promote burial and cremation products through events, seminars, and community engagement
• Build strong community relationships within Vietnamese, Chinese, or Korean communities
• Ensure exceptional customer service and drive continuous improvement
