Job Description

Job responsibilities

Sales

  • Following the Loro Piana Selling Galateo and all the related Company standards, is responsible for the sales process (“Loro Piana Selling Galateo”) and contributes to the store sales targets achievement

  • Provides and maintains a high level of customer service

  • Manages commercial relations with clients in order to assure their highest level of satisfaction

  • Understand and knows Company KPI’s and work to meet them

    • Client Management and CRM

  • Builds and nurtures strong and professional relations with guests by leveraging different IT tools (social apps, clienteling apps, social media, etc…)

  • Turns every touch point with customers into a positive situations, always promoting Brand image

  • Communicates to the Management the collected information regarding clients

  • Complies with the CRM data collection and data protection
