Description

Responsible for managing end-to-end life cycle of client account activities - including on boarding, on-going maintenance, and termination. Role requires high level of organizational acumen and attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy. Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication, resolve issues proactively, and uphold service standards.

Manage end-to-end on boarding process across diverse account types, ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected, validated and efficiently processed. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for smooth transition of on boarding process and in alignment and adherence with company policies.

Manage and coordinate continuous maintenance for client accounts. Clear Communication to internal and external stakeholders about the changes. Maintain diligent tracking and ensure completion in adherence to company policy and procedures.
