Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper filing, documentation, and general administrative duties for the department.
- Prepare and update monthly departmental reports.
- Update and maintain staff information, leave records, stationery requests, and monthly usage records.
- Assist the Head of Department in handling and updating the ERP system.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records and documentation.
- Support daily clerical and administrative operations within the department.
