SEWS—El Paso Customer Service Center (Eastside)Job Title Clerk (Procurement)Assist and support MRO Department in clerical duties; confirmation of vendor information, account reconciliations and provide support to MRO Buyers as neededJob Duties and Responsibilities

Assist MRO Procurement Buyers with requested duties and with completing Requisitions and Purchase Orders and follow up

Reconciliation and correct tracking of various invoice accounts (Credit Cards, Cell Phones, Fuel Cards, Propane, Online Vendors, and others as assigned)

Process New Supplier Set Ups in Smart Sheets, Contact potential suppliers to confirm information, maintain vendor requirements

Maintain current Certificates of Insurance COI, Diversity Certificates, Safety Agreements, ISO Certificates, & Travel Request Accounts

Create and keep updated Smart Sheet & Share Point pages / workflows
