The role:
The post forms part of the business support team and provides clerical/administrative support to the primary/community care service team as required working flexibly within agreed procedures and protocols. This will include reception duties, data input, record management and general typing.
The post holder will have frequent contact with patients, members of the public and staff. This could also include contact with records officers across NHSGGC and other board areas and with schools.
