**Seeking a Clerical Documentation Assistant (CDA) who assists the provider with navigating the medical record, locating information for review and researching information as requested.**

**What you will do in this role:**

**CDAs must be present during the clinical service encounter and capture accurate and detailed documentation of the patient/Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) /Independent Advanced Practice Professional (Independent APP) encounter in a timely manner (during the encounter or immediately following the patient encounter).**
