Clerical Assistant - Forrester High School

Hours: 33.42 per week, 39 weeks sessional.
Salary: £26,806-£27,032 (pro rata for part time and sessional) - initial start and increases annually.

We are seeking a skilled, motivated and experienced clerical assistant able to deliver reliable administrative support across telephone, face to face, e mail and online channels using school systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the school office.
• Communicate via telephone, face to face, email and online platforms to support staff and learners.
• Use school systems to manage and retrieve information as needed.
• Maintain a positive, can do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday 08:00 am to 15:50 pm, Friday 08:00 am to 13:20 pm.
