Your main focus will be ensuring exceptional customer service experiences while streamlining the customs clearance process. </p><ul><li>Be the point of contact for customers from the US market via calls and emails, providing guidance on clearance instructions, delivery-related issues, handling paperwork requests, as well as addressing information and paperwork exceptions, inquiries, and feedback on shipment clearance matters.
