Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to operate at  our Cardiff and Bristol facilities. This hands-on role requires working alongside teams while maintaining high-level oversight, quality standards, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Oversee and work alongside cleaning staff, monitoring performance and standards


• Conduct daily catch-ups with Team Leaders and teams
