Purpose of the role

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the daily aspects of the business. Supervisors motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding between team members, and demonstrates flexibility. Duties will include instruction, direction and undertaken of day-to-day cleaning tasks to help achieve a specific goal and standards within the building and surrounding areas and completing any other associated tasks requested by management.
