**Job Title: Clean Room Technician**

**Job Description**

This role supports a critical step in the manufacturing process by cleaning and visually inspecting optical wafers used in advanced technologies. You will work approximately half of your time in a temperature-controlled clean room wearing full cleanroom attire and the other half performing light assembly tasks. The position operates on a swing shift schedule, with options for Monday through Friday afternoons or a day shift that includes weekend coverage, and requires one month of training on a day shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean, rinse, and visually inspect glass wafers and discs to ensure they meet strict quality standards before they move to the coating department.
+ Operate a cleaning line consisting of a series of seven tubs filled with detergents, chemicals, and water, carefully dipping wafers through each stage to achieve a clean and dry finish.
