Job Description & Requirements a) Environmental Quality Audit at schools that comprises of: i. 100% of the following inspection units: entrance andlobby, lift cars, planter boxes and containers, porches, pavement, aprons,sidewalks, external game courts, carpark, driveway, hard standing, loading andunloading bay, field, gardens, side tables, bin centre / bin chute. ii. 50% of the following inspection units: classrooms,lecture halls, auditoriums, laboratories, offices, staff rooms, special rooms,rooftop, common staircase / landings / steps / common areas, toilets, externalcompound and handrails. iii. During each Environmental Quality Audit,representatives from the appointed Integrated Facilities Management Company(“IFMC”) shall be present. iv.
