The Claude Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Claude Enterprise across the organization. This role is the front line for user support, troubleshooting, onboarding assistance, and documentation. You will work directly with partners, managing directors, and staff across the firm to ensure a seamless Claude experience answering questions, resolving technical issues, and knowing when to escalate. This is a people-first, operations-focused role. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable on calls with senior leadership, can follow detailed procedures precisely, and brings a service-oriented mindset. Technical skills can be taught; professionalism, judgment, and communication skills are essential from day one.
